Digital Products
All products sold are digital.
Access is granted immediately or within a short time after purchase, even when content is released gradually or scheduled for a future date.
Because of this, all sales are final, unless a different refund policy is explicitly stated on the sales page of a specific product.
Membership (Creative Lab)
The Creative Lab is a recurring membership with immediate access to all available content.
By joining, you understand and agree that:
You are purchasing access, not ownership of content
Access is available only while your membership is active
You may cancel at any time, and access will continue until the end of your billing cycle
Refunds are not offered for membership payments.
In some cases, a refund may be considered within 48 hours of purchase, at our discretion.
Courses, Guided Experiences and Other Products
Unless otherwise stated on the sales page:
Refunds are not offered
All sales are final
If a specific product includes a refund period or special conditions, these will be clearly stated on the sales page and will override this general policy.
Early Bird and Pre-Sale Purchases
Some products are offered as early bird or pre-sale purchases.
By purchasing, you are securing your place and your price, even if:
The content has not yet been released
The experience or course starts at a future date
Access is unlocked progressively
For this reason, early bird and pre-sale purchases are non-refundable.
Refunds Are Not Offered For
Change of mind
Lack of time
Not attending, watching, or completing the product
Differences in expectations or personal preferences
Technical Issues
If you experience technical problems accessing your purchase, please contact us.
We are happy to help resolve access issues.
Technical issues do not automatically qualify for a refund.
Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, please contact us so we can review and resolve the situation fairly.
